On November 6-8 th, DIFFA Chicago will host its 7 th annual DINING BY DESIGN extravaganza in the historic Merchandise Mart. Once again, DIFFA will bring together a talented and intriguing cast of local and national designers, artists, and personalities to put a spotlight on stylish and outlandish trends in design in an effort to raise money to support Chicago area HIV/AIDS service agencies.
On behalf of DIFFA Chicago, the 2008 co-chairs, and our national sponsors; Benjamin Moore, Beringer Vineyards, elit by Stolichnaya and Hewlett Packard, we invite you to distinguish our celebration by creating and hosting a unique dining installation for DINING BY DESIGN 2008.
DIFFA's DINING BY DESIGN Chicago will feature a strong public relations and marketing campaign with an increase in local and national media exposure. DIFFA is excited to announce that The New York Times, Architectural Digest, Gourmet, and domino have joined as the 2008 national media partners. In addition, CS Interiors has joined DIFFA Chicago as the local media sponsor which will guarantee greater visibility for our Table Hosts and Designers.
This year's event is expanded to include three major components: COCKTAILS BY DESIGN, TABLE HOP & TASTE, and the GALA DINNER and SILENT AUCTION. An over-the-top celebration of all things tabletop, these unique festivities provide something for everyone! In addition, we host open houses for the public to provide additional opportunities to gain support and exposure for all participants.
