DIFFA GALA

The DIFFA/Chicago Gala is annually regarded as the social kickoff for the NeoCon tradeshow. This annual black-tie gala is the primary fundraising event of DIFFA/Chicago, and was created to generate maximum funding potential for the DIFFA/Chicago Excellence in Care grant program. From the atmosphere, to the auction, to the menu, all the elements of this high energy evening reflect the discerning eye of the organizations trend-setting leadership and volunteer core.

DIFFA’S DINING BY DESIGN

One of the design world’s most important fundraising events, DIFFA’s Dining By Design brings together the best talents in the design world to create breathtaking three-dimensional dining installations. This unique fundraiser on behalf of DIFFA/Chicago has raised more than $5.5 million since the event’s inception, and returns to Chicago every November at the celebrated Merchandise Mart.

GRANTS RECEPTION

The DIFFA/Chicago chapter distributes funds to Chicago area AIDS service agencies who assist individuals affected by AIDS and HIV-related illnesses. DIFFA/Chicago’s Excellence in Care Awards granting program has awarded over $2.5 million dollars since 1987.
